Performing Arts Medicine

- is a medical discipline (in Italy not supported from a Specialization School yet) who wants that artistic acts be athletic and ultra precise but also extremely respectful of physiology. Therefore it is a sister discipline of Sport Medicine and Occupational Medicine.

-  works in collaboration with many other sciences, above all the humanistic and psychological, and with those who “experience” the Arts.

- works (at schools, in surgeries and in theaters) in the area of prevention, diagnosis, therapy and rehabilitation of the diseases of actors, dancers, opera and modern singers, circus performers, buskers, dubbers, musicians… and all theater professionals.

- also aims to care & “cure” the Arts themselves.
